How to opt in
You can join our text program in any of these ways:
- Text our business number to start a conversation and request an offer;
- Reply START or SUBSCRIBE to our number;
- Submit the contact form on jaustinbrokers.com and check the box agreeing to receive text messages.
Opting in is your choice — your consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or sale.
What to expect
Messages you may receive include:
- Replies to your appraisal request, including estimated offers;
- Appointment confirmations and reminders;

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP (you may also reply END, CANCEL, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE). After you opt out, we will send one confirmation message and then stop texting you, unless you opt in again.
